In the oldest scriptures of the world in eastern philosophy reads a powerful quote in Sanskrit, “Yatra narya pujyante tatra ramante devata” — which means that, "Where the women are respected and respectable, there resides the Gods of our well-being." The true powers of a woman, a woman comprise of their dynamism that lie in expressions such as compassion, courage, patience, ethics, pure love, tolerance, satisfaction and thus bringing peace and joy as well to their families and society.

However, amidst the chaos of our busy lifestyles, modern fads and absolute disharmony, we, somehow, have lost the true understanding of that ‘respect’ and ‘self-esteem’ of being and becoming that woman. This imbalance in us is result of perhaps us women and mothers trying, working too hard in adapting more to our outside world, surroundings thus, gradually losing the sensibility and connection to our potentials within. Needless to say, today millions of women unfortunately continue to stay stranded in this vicious cycle, waiting to reconnect to their inner self. It is therefore vital, to come together in finding our true axis, to regain our true womanhood and thus restore our spirituality. We must seize this moment to do so, because in creation of our cosmos only women are blessed with the bliss of creation, which is bringing new life through orientation of motherhood. How can we deliver these powers in true sense to our future generation until our inner spirit is not strongly founded by them?
Awakening Of Kundalini
Well, there is a new way, a breakthrough that which has given momentum to hundreds and thousands of mothers and mothers-to-be in more than 108 countries. This method is founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi that which already prevails in very ancient scriptures of the world. However, she discovered the process towards amass realization of human transformation. This breakthrough is called Sahaja Meditation. Upon first integration of this energy the mind and body become one with spirit thus restoring automatically the true ‘self’. Within each of us exists within us is an inborn energy, a residual power for our evolution and spiritual ascent. She is very maternal in nature and when awakened with pure desire she starts her work tirelessly within our subtle system. One feels ‘cool breeze’ flowing through hands and over the top of the head. Thus, she, the kundalini flows through our subtle system, heals, soothes and cures thus, gradually bringing us to balance.
As a result of the awakening of kundalini, one achieves his/her self-realization.

This Kundalini is the spiritual mother of every individual and she knows or has recorded all the past aspirations of her child. Once this energy is activated with the pure desire of the seeker, the person is connected with the cosmic source and seeks the truth by using his/her new awareness, the truth which is one.
Thus with continuous practice of Sahaja meditation even of few minutes every day, one can establish the inner self and connection to all the evolutionary qualities within. This meditation is devoid of mental thinking and physical exercise as this is basically a living process. Upon getting his/her self- realization, a person starts a journey which with meditation transforms his spiritual sensibility as she can attain a state of ‘thoughtless awareness’, a term that suggests mental silence. In this state one is only in the present moment as the past and the future fade away. With little discipline of regular meditation, one gains numerous benefits such as pure attention, strong memory, righteousness, compassion, peaceful nature and much more. The transformation of the spirit of such person depends on the depth of his/her seeking nature.
Spirituality offers a path to reconnect with this inner axis. It encourages women to embrace their natural strengths and to honor themselves beyond societal roles. This journey is not just personal but collective, as it influences families and future generations.

Apparently, Sahaja Meditation has today become a living process within women, mothers and mothers-to-be who have received their self-realization and have gained a balanced life, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. More and more women globally are reverting to reconnect with their spirit within. In the evolutionary process of mankind, only she is bestowed with power to create and fabricate a new generation. She is made to adhere, to absorb, to conceive, to give and to sacrifice. A woman is a transmitter of love, compassion and creation to her ambiance. She is the one, a woman, who when self-nurtured, content and peaceful from within can impartially impact her family, children and society.
