School systems Failing

Having studied both sociology and psychology, I can very well relate to this post. If we define psychology as a knowledge of why and how of human mind and behavior, sociology is the subject that pretty much mirrors our society.  In the end, what I still cherish and preserve are the few classes and the teachers who used their compassionate and innovative teaching wisdom to give true education to us. In a nutshell, this molded me positively as a human because they broke the systematic conditionings of a four walled class room environment while tapping the individual potential to assume it's own intelligence. What our modern day school systems still don't realize is that we cannot build an ideal future world if we continue to compartmentalize the inner potential of our young minds with a rigid and dry educational system. It's high time we stop and question, why we are not quite progressing in our human levels? It is because 92% of school systems worldwide have simply failed to educate, the element to nuture the brain along with the heart is missing: a harsh truth!
